A lot has changed since launch. Here's what's new.

• Guided onboarding — When you first sign up, a step-by-step wizard walks you through setting up your profile, understanding how Gleam works, picking a plan, and adding your trusted contact. No guesswork.
• Edit your messages — You can now go back and update any message you've written. Changes are saved and the letter stays sealed until it's time.
• Immersive message view — Opening a message now takes you to a full-screen envelope preview, the same beautiful format your recipient will see one day.
• Trusted contact confirmation flow — When the time comes, your trusted contact now receives a formal confirmation request. There's a grace period, and if they don't respond, Gleam follows up automatically to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Redesigned dashboard — The sidebar and messages list have a cleaner, more intentional look. Your letters are listed with their status clearly visible at a glance.
