    01 — How it works

A careful, patient check-in. Never premature.

Gleam waits. Every thirty days, we gently check in. If you respond, nothing happens — life continues. Only after three unanswered check-ins, across more than fifty days, are your messages released.

    02 — Delivery

Protected until they're ready to receive.

Messages are sealed with a private access code. Your recipient receives a careful notice, a moment to breathe, and a key that unlocks the letter only when they're ready.

A letter is waiting. Only for them.

When the time comes, each recipient receives a discreet envelope. Verification ensures the letter reaches only the person it was written for — no forwarding, no mistakes, no interception.

    04 — Questions

    Answered plainly. No euphemisms.

The things people ask most often. If something else is on your mind, write to us — a real person will reply, without haste.

Our three-strike system is patient on purpose. You have fifty-one full days and four separate prompts to respond. And if your subscription lapses in the meantime, a thirty-day grace period still protects your letters.
Of course. Messages can be rewritten, replaced, or deleted at any time before they are delivered. You are always in control of what is said.
We don't assume — we check. Gleam sends quiet, low-pressure check-ins. Only after three go unanswered across fifty-plus days, and your trusted contacts have been notified, do your messages begin their release.
If Gleam ever winds down, no new subscriptions will be accepted, and every existing paid subscription will be honored through its full term. After the last paid period ends, the service keeps running for one complete three-strike check-in cycle — long enough for any inactivity that began inside that window to be detected and every letter it triggers to be delivered. Only then does the service close. Messages that were never triggered by inactivity are destroyed at that point; nothing is silently retained.
No. Recipients learn of their letter only when it is released. At that moment they receive a gentle notice and a separate verification key — the letter opens only on their confirmation.

Begin the letter you've been meaning to write.

It takes ten minutes to write your first message. It takes a lifetime of peace of mind, afterward.
